“The Explorer Islamabad”: Aims and Scope of the Journal

It is the first Peer Reviewed journal of Pakistan that focused to promote the social sciences research in Pakistan. The journals covers following Academic Disciplines: Anthropology/ Sociology, Economics/ Development Studies, and Psychology/ Behavioral Sciences. The journal publishes original papers on all aspects of humanity in all directions mentioned above. The journal has the intentions to bring forth papers that focus on any aspect of human civilization to further connect them to the international readership including the academia as well as policy level organizations in order to help them update their level of knowledge and practices about social sciences.

The journal also plans to promote the research trends in the social sciences especially in Pakistan where still more concrete efforts are required for the due promotion as well as prolongation of them. The journal therefore welcomes both qualitative and quantitative researches that are the result of primary research chores.

The journal appears two-times a year with intentions to encourage the social scientists to publish their original works with the journal. As regards Pakistan, the journal especially concentrates that the newly emerged research areas in Pakistan are explored by the social scientists. It is also one of the objectives that the journal shall invite the younger social scientists to publish their research works to contribute their research works in the wider repertoire of the knowledge contained by social sciences.

As per the international research standards “The Explorer Islamabad” strictly rejects the papers including plagiarism along if research work found submitted to somewhere else for the same purpose. Research ethics should be considered positively to enhance the quality of research.
